Bazlan

Bazlan is no stranger to the corporate world, having acquired invaluable and extensive industry knowledge practising as a corporate and dispute resolution lawyer for over 20 years. He has acted as counsel in many cases involving prominent key opinion leaders in business, politics and the legal fraternity.

He has advised and litigated a wide range of matters pertaining to corporate and commercial disputes. His frequent presence in the Court has exposed him to the various temperaments and styles of most judges and practitioners, which experience has enabled him to become an astute litigator without compromising his high level of integrity and mutual respect for the Bench and the Bar.

Bazlan joined Jaya Jusco Stores Berhad (currently known as AEON Co (M) Bhd) as its Legal Advisor in 1997 before he left the company in year 2000 to focus on his legal practice.

His experience in retail and entrepreneurship include reviewing and proposing a comprehensive merchandising business process in which IT processes can be seamlessly incorporated and integrated in the existing systems and simultaneously ensuring that the interconnected commercial and legal processes remain relevant.
