• Reviewed a Lease Agreement concerning a 6.7-hectare land designated for the development and operation of a large scale 5MW solar PV farm in Kuala Terengganu.

• Represented in client’s application for the alienation of a substantial land parcel(s) worth 237 million in Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur for the purpose of mixed development project, requiring the completion and submission of Form 5A.

• Secured client’s representation for a negotiation and settlement agreement in respect of a joint venture deal concerning a housing development project on multiple land parcels.
