Aniq

Muhamad Aniq Danish Hadi is an Associate in the Corporate Commercial group of Messrs Zharif Nizamuddin. He completed his pupillage under the tutelage of Khairunnisa Khalid, where he had the opportunity to gain experience in the practice areas of corporate and commercial law,  civil litigation and financial crimes.

Throughout his stint at Zharif Nizamuddin as a pupil-in-chambers, Aniq has gained valuable experience in the area of coporate commercial law where he has had the opportunity to advise on and draft various agreements including Licensing Agreement, Sports Assets Licensing Agreement,  Non-Incorporated Joint Venture Agreement,  Consultancy Services Agreement, Shares Subscription Agreement, Shareholders' Agreement, Sponsorship Agreement, Sub-Contract Agreement and other commercial agreements.

Aniq has also had the opportunity to represent SKOP Productions Sdn Bhd, a   leading film production & distribution company in Malaysia, including advising on legal matters relating to a Production Agreement, Distribution Agreement, Title and Script Clearance, and Investment Agreement. 

Outside of the legal field, as someone who developed the love towards sports and physical activities at a very early age, Aniq represented his high school in rugby at various levels. Fluency in multiple languages is one of his distinguishing features as Aniq is fluent in Malay, English and Spanish.

Aniq currently holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
