Muhamad Adib Musa is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Financial Crimes & Asset Recovery Practice Group at Zharif Nizamuddin. Dual-qualified as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and a Syarie Counsel for Selangor and the Federal Territories, he is recognised for his strategic and results-driven approach in navigating complex and multi-layered disputes.

He began building his litigation practice across established firms, handling a broad spectrum of contentious matters including contractual and corporate disputes, banking recovery, insolvency proceedings, and general civil litigation. His experience includes acting for financial institutions, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals in matters spanning from pre-trial strategy to trial and enforcement proceedings.

Adib’s experience also extends to interlocutory and enforcement proceedings, including summary judgment applications, injunctions, foreclosure proceedings, and insolvency-related actions. Known for his disciplined preparation and strong command of proceedings, he approaches matters with a practical and commercially focused perspective.

Alongside his civil litigation practice, Adib also maintains an active Shariah practice involving matrimonial disputes, inheritance, and estate administration. His work spans both contentious and advisory matters, including hibah, wasiat, probate, letters of administration, trust, and wealth structuring. His dual-qualified background positions him to advise on matters where civil and Shariah law issues intersect.

Outside the courtroom, Adib applies the same discipline and focus to martial arts. He holds a First Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and a Bengkung Pelangi Hijau in Silat Seni Gayong Malaysia, with competitive experience in fighting tournaments.

Adib was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019. He holds both a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) and a Bachelor of Laws (Shariah) (LL.B S) (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia.
