Jared

Jared Tee Wei Jin is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Financial Crimes & Asset Recovery Practice Group at Zharif Nizamuddin, where he brings a meticulous and strategic approach to complex litigation.

Before joining the firm, Jared honed his advocacy skills at Messrs S L Goon & Partners, where he managed a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes, including contract breaches and claims involving breaches of fiduciary duties. His experience extends to general litigation, encompassing tenant–landlord disputes, contentious probate matters, debt recovery actions, tortious negligence claims, and judicial review challenges.

Jared is also adept in enforcement and interlocutory proceedings, having handled garnishee applications, judgment debtor summonses, winding-up and bankruptcy actions, as well as urgent applications for injunctive relief. His ability to navigate high-pressure, multi-faceted matters has earned him a reputation for diligence and precision.

Beyond the courtroom, Jared maintains a disciplined lifestyle, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hitting the badminton court, or going for long-distance runs; before winding down with a good book and a perfectly lukewarm cup of tea.

Jared was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 2021, and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Multimedia University.
