Paralegal
Fardeen Peersha Jawahir is a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution and Financial Crimes & Asset Recovery Practice Group of Messrs Zharif Nizamuddin.
During his time in high school through law school, he partook in various tournaments, particularly debate and Model United Nations (MUN). He spent a total of five semesters as the Head Trainer for MUN, teaching new students on how navigate their councils, while also building their own arguments and ideas. The time and effort he spent in these programs, have sharpened his mind as well as his oratory skills, both of which are crucial in shaping a successful litigator.
One of his biggest achievements during his time in law school, is having his own TedXTalk, wherein he questioned the validity of calling floods a natural disaster, given that most of the causes for the occurrence of floods was due to human activity and/or negligence.
Apart from work, he enjoys playing different sports, with a strong interest in bowling and football.
Fardeen graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
